RGB and The Royal Wedding

Pier 2_2

There are commemorative teabags, sickbags, false nails and fridges. On Brighton Pier you could the happy couple, whether you are would be a King or a Queen! Yes there is no escaping The Royal Wedding and here at RGB Digital we have been enjoying shooting all things Wedding, Royal and Red, White and Blue!

Here is our own commentary (hopefully not as long as the Wedding coverage!) on what we have shot in time for the big day. With a behind the scenes shoot with Amanda Wakeley, one of ITV's guests on the Royal Wedding day. As a fashion icon, having dressed Princess Diana, Amanda will be offering thoughts on the sartorial efforts of the guests! Surely a must see!

 Bisque

A Bisque shoot to celebrate the Royal Wedding, radiators were specially sprayed red and white to create this unique version of the Union Jack!

We love working with Wedding Magazine and with weddings being their forte they have produced some fantastic coverage on the BBC of the Royal Wedding. To celebrate the Royal Wedding, Manuel Mota, creative director of Pronovias, has designed three spectacular wedding gowns inspired by Catherine Middleton,  check these out along with some fantastic shots of Royal Weddings Past at http://www.weddingmagazine.co.uk/.

We were very lucky to meet Janet Mohapi-Banks when we shoot her beautiful Rose Wedding Cake for Wedding Magazine. The time, dedication and skill taken when creating her cakes is spectacular and they taste like heaven! http://janetmohapibanks.com/

A studio favourite we love working with renowned International Wedding Florist Robbie Honey and this beautiful bouquet was shot for Robbie Honey for Wedding Magazine. They always bring in the most gorgeous bouquets with the most beautiful fragrances! http://www.robbiehoney.com/

We were thrilled to get a very early glimpse of the Pandora limited edition charms and charm bracelet which has been created to celebrate the Royal Wedding. The blue stone symbolises the blue sapphire of Catherine Middleton's engagement ring and the engraved initials CW on the back of the charms are a reminder of the happy couple! A modern day family heirloom, your very own crown jewels! http://www.pandora.net/en-gb

It is always a fun and creatively rewarding day when we shoot with Amanda Wakeley. The team are amazing and shooting such stylish and beautiful pieces, with cutting edge lighting reference and hair and make up is always a real pleasure. The day always results in wonderful shots, which makes us all very happy!

AW1

As a favourite designer with the Royals, Catherine was recently photographed at her last public appearance with William before their wedding in a stunning navy suit by Amanda Wakeley, Amanda was tipped as the possible wedding dress designer for the big day! But no secrets were given away on our shoot!

We hope that whatever Catherine wears you all enjoy the day whether you are embracing it or otherwise! Here's to another Bank Holiday!
